I was heading out after the park closed, but I had to find a place to store the Prius for the winter. Asked all my friends and relatives…all declined. I don’t blame them.
So I went to another place and they said they would do it. So I paid the fee ($$) and bought a car cover and a solar panel and charger. That way the starting battery can stay charged by Mother Nature.

So now I need to drive to Columbus to pick up Driver’s license at Bros house, drive back to the Lake and leave car, pack van and head South!
I don’t know where to now, but it will be warmer for sure.
Lots happened this summer. It was very short and I decided to move to be closer to daughter in Greenville SC. It’s warmer and my health insurance covers SC.
It’s a pity we have to base our lives on health insurance! Welcome to the status of retired!
So for now, I will wait for the car cover to be delivered and then wash the van and head out!
Oh, did I mention the bunnies ate my wheel covers?
