I went to the Quartzsite Quilters Cub yesterday. Lots of ladies sitting at tables just sewing away.
It was very cool. I got a lot done. They had a ironing board set up. And the iron is on all the time. So you just go up and use it in between stitching.
Lots of creative people in that club.
I took my small sewing machine and stitched up the stack into several blocks. Soon to be a quilt.
Then I stopped and got water and gassed up the van. $2.99 a gallon. It’s your beats $4.69 I paid in the fall!
Quartzsite is winding down. Lots of Canadians still left out here to stretch out their season.
