Sorry I haven’t written in a while but lots going on.
Picked up the grandson Julian 15 years old and celebrated his birthday back in Pennsylvania.
It was a 400 mile journey 1 way 5 and a 1/2 hours.
It cost me $200 in gas to drive to Pennsylvania at 8.8 mpg.

I decided next Monday I would go look for a new rig. Something more nimble I could get into a parking spot and not have to sleep with the truckers at the truck stops and rest areas.
With a smaller vehicle, I would get better gas mileage, be more nimble in parking spots and garages and gas stations and maybe a car wash or two.
I did some research and found I really liked a Class B Van which had all the amenities of a Class C without the big bulky overhead cab, heavy slide out bed, giant bathroom and all the extra weight that comes with it larger motor home.
Happy trails.
Jan, I wondered what happened to you! Chuck and I have a 1999 Class B conversion van, and it works for us. We get approximately 18-20 mph on the road. Too bad that the Hershey PA RV show is cancelled this year. When we were there a few years ago, it was great. They have a Senior Citizen day and you get in for $5. – Maureen
