Well today was the day that my friend Peggy from Indiana and I are heading to the great white North of Michigan.
Not so white now because it’s 94ﾟ but we’re still excited to hit the beach.
Decided to go to Hudson Michigan 1st where we toured a mansion of William G Thompson on Weds. who was a banker and a single guy who loved the fine arts and loved collecting antiques and anything.
Upon his death he gave the city of Hudson the mansion and all his belongings and now they have a foundation and a park named after him. It was an awesome tour for $5.
It had all the original disk also.
Tuesday night we stayed at Lake Hudson state park And met a guy walking through the campsite to is poontune boat parked by our site and so we had our cocktail at sunset on his pontoon boat by ourselves! We assumed it was OK. Lol
