Got the mail yesterday but waiting on my new Jackery Solar Saga 60 solar panel. They are guaranteed for 2 years and the wind flipped the panel over which caused the connection to separate from the case. They had me do a video and take pictures of it and what I thought was wrong with it.
So I did, contacted customer service and they will send me new solar panel out here. It is all good! Jackery is a good company.
Glad they stand by their product.
