So glad I waited to get the mail on Friday. Both mail packages got delivered from my mail forwarding service AND the replacement Jackery solar saga 60watt solar panel came!
Mine had become separated from the connection inside the case and stopped working. I sent them an email and got a wonderful rep who asked that I send them a short video with what I thought the problem was. I did that and they sent me a replacement which is much stronger and has legs so it won’t blow over! I’m thrilled! Thank you Jackery!
All charged up now! I can charge my Jackery 160, my 260 and my 1000watt power stations. Great company!
I will use it at the Lake as well!
