Very tired after my activity spurt from Weds. Blame it on Covid vaccine.
The Misfit Market order came in and I chopped and stored all of the produce into ziploc bags and containers to keep the moisture out. I love these green boxes that keep it fresh by absorbing the gasses that cause overipening.

I put some peppers in the salad and a few strawberries. Looked just like a restaurant salad. Tasted pretty good too.
I’m eating healthier by eating more fruits and veggies. And they get delivered to my door by FedEx so it is a win win for the farmers.
This is produce that stores don’t want because they look funny. Nothing is wrong with them so Misfits Market buys them from local farmers and distributes them by a marketplace on line.
