Aunt Edna is 90 today! Day after Lynne’s birthday. Aunt Edna my Dad’s sister. She was 9 years younger than Dad.
She has Alzheimers and is in a wonderful care facility. Her sons have gone to see her regularly.
Such a sterile environment now that she has contracted Covid but still had time for a round of Country Roads Take Me Home by John Denver.
He did bring her flowers that had to be quarantined for 24 hours. Crazy rule as she would have loved to see them that day.
Let’s pray the Covid stops soon.
